Electrical Vehicle manufacturers, and battery pack vendors would benefit from our career enhanced nucleation thermal technology for batteries, power electronics & compute, which extend battery life cycles, enable ultrafast-charging, and dramatically improve car passengers’ safety. Carrar mission is to enable safe, pervasive, and greener electrical vehicles by providing mature and cost-effective two-phase thermal management solutions. Our strategy is to win the car manufacturers (OEMs) mindshare and to build a large partnership group and echo system behind a two-phase thermal solution for eMobility.


Job description

  • Job title: Marketing Manager.

  • Department: Business Development.

  • Reporting to VP BD.

  • Location: Sapirim industrial park, Shaar hanegev (Near Sderot).


Description of Duties

Collaborate with the Vice President BD and Marketing in executing the company’s go-to-market and marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives. Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers and partners through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing, and analytics. Collaboration with Carrar R&D and technology functional team members and external partners and vendors is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to business growth. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, content creation, creative, analytic and project management expertise.

  • Oversee the company's marketing communication.

  • Oversee product marketing tasks.

  • Creates and coordinates all company content creation and media like: Web site pages, blogs, promotional social media content, newsletters, whitepapers, multimedia packages, and press releases.

  • Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of customers and partners.

  • Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, and sales/BD materials.

  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the BD process and help to position and messaging.

  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that may include advertising, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of marketing experience in the eMobility arena - minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.

  • MBA – an advantage

  • Automotive industry background -an advantage

  • Native English speaker - preferred

  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.

  • Social media and related management tools experience- required

  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions

  • Technical background – an advantage

  • Strong financial and business acumen

  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Email, database, and digital marketing experience
